JWS-UK provide high quality installation of satellite, analogue and digital TV aerials throughout the UK. Our engineers work to ensure that you are fully satisfied with every aspect of your installation, be it TV aerial, home entertainment or home security system.

Ongoing training and support is provided to all of our TV aerial, satellite dish and home security installation engineers and customer advisors, ensuring that our commitment to high standards in our work and customer service is maintained as our procedures are adhered to. Impartial advice on both current technologies and future technologies can be offered to source the most suitable home entertainment for our customers.

All installation engineers undertake a criminal disclose (CRB check) before employment to ensure their suitability, and more importantly, your safety. They also have already a minimum of 3 years experience within the industry, before commencing on our training programme to maximise their level of knowledge and workmanship, to provide the best quality of satellite and TV aerial installation and due care for our customers.

Our engineers not only have at least three years experience within the industry, they also undergo the JWS-UK training programme to ensure their knowledge and workmanship is of the highest level. The engineers work in the area in which they live, to ensure maximum local knowledge of your TV reception area.

Before we employ any installation engineer, we ask for criminal disclosure (CRB check) by the Criminal Records Bureau so that we can guarantee their suitability to work in your home and your safety.

With each installation, we offer a 1 year full guarantee of our work from the installation date. If any problems with your aerial installation arise within this twelve month guarantee period, our engineer will return to your home to diagnose and fix the fault.
